The report on my tenant has a lot of criminal records. I’m afraid to accept his rent application, even though he told me that the information is not true and his report could not contain such records. I’m not sure if I should wait for him to dispute them, because I don’t know the amount of time it might take to correct the report. Could you tell me what is the best way to act in case of tenant background check errors? What would you do in my case?
