I was thinking of tours from san francisco but my sister is saying that we will visit 4-Day New York/New Jersey to Shenandoah Caverns, Tennessee and Great Smoky National Park Tour. She is quite excited for her trip and also forcing me to join. You can suggest me what should i do, i mean should i move towards SFO or towards my sister's suggestion.
