I am so overwhelmed right now! I just bought plane tickets to China (In Beijing, to be more specifically). I am so happy that I cannot stop thinking about what will I see and what will I do. I really need your help guys! Who has been to the mighty Beijing?

That is a tough one, indeed! Beijing is full with mixed characteristics, architectural speaking. I visited the Great Wall of China from the Jinshanling section. I recommend that view, because it is not so popular among the tourists. The Forbidden City holds the story of an ancient China too. In front of it there is a garden where you can reflect and learn more about their true culture.

My family chose to have a look at both the new and the old sides of Beijing. It is nice to get deep into their history, but the modern progress is also very interesting. For our accommodation we chose a house that had half-half architectural motives. It was quite nice! I believe you can find that at RihlaPrime.com if you are interested. There are quite a few bowling alleys to choose from but Gongti 100 is the biggest and, as the name implies, it features no less than 100 lanes. For the not so fanatical there are ping pong tables, kids' rides and an arcade.
