Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary - It was established in 1969 and it is the second largest sanctuary in goa and spread over an area of 86 sq kms.

Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary - You can visit Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary any time of the year. The sanctuary is within walking distance from the ferry wharf at Chorao.
