The bangkok film festival will showcase more than a hundred feature and short films, representing the works of filmmakers from Thailand, the ASEAN region, and a selection of some of the most exciting and innovative films from around the world.

The Golden Kinnaree Awards for the two competitive sections are judged by a distinguished international jury.

And there will be a number of special events including panel discussions, workshops, masterclasses, exhibitions etc.

The festival would like to cordially invite you to attend the Bangkok International Film Festival in September 2008, and we look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

There are a lot of film festivals that are being held in Thailand one being 9filmfest, You must be talking about "The Bangkok International Film Festival" (Mention the name at least, how would the visitor know what you are talking about?)...
"The Bangkok International Film Festival" is held annually since 2003 by the Tourism Authority of Thailand, a Royal Thai Government agency, in Bangkok, Thailand.
