Detail tour program

Day 1: Hanoiarrival (D)
Our guide meets you at Noi Bai airport and escorts you to a hotel in the center of Hanoi. Free time for fresh up and relax after long journey
18:30 pick up at your hotel for a welcome dinner at a Vietnamese restaurant. Overnight in hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi (B/L)
From your hotel, we will go north to visit Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, His House on Stilt, One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc pagoda,ArmyMuseum andHanoiFlagTower. After lunch, continue to visit Hanoi Hilton prison and Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam (Temple ofLiterature). Then we are roaming to the old quarter (trade area) ofHanoi for looking and shopping. Cyclo ride through the old but busy streets should be highlight of the day. We then stop at Thang Long theatre for enjoying Water puppets show. Free time in the evening. Overnight inHanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi- Ha Long bay (B/L/D)
Today we leaveHanoi to Halong bay, “Dragon Descending to the Sea”. Upon arrival, we will embark to a junk /boat for a cruise around Ha Long Bay. While the junk cruising caves, grottoes, floating villages and beaches on the bay, having fresh seafood lunch on boat. Stop for a while for an excursing toSurpriseCaves, (Grotto of Surprises) and Swimming, if weather permitted. Have dinner on board. In the evening, enjoy the night fishing (service available free of charge upon request and in good weather only). Overnight on board.

Day 4 : Ha Long Bay – Hanoi (B/L)
In the morning, cruising to Bai Tu long bay, Fire Island, Bo Nau Island, fishing village. Have lunch on boat and arrive at Ha Hong wharf about 12.00 noon. Return toHanoi by private car, on the way you may like to take a short visit to Dong Trieu Pottery Villages. Arrive at your hotel inHanoi around 17:00.

Day 5: Hanoi- Departure (B)
Free time for shopping or optional visit before transfer to Noi Bai airport for departure.

Violet Cruise Halong Bay

2Days/1Night on Luxury Cruise



Day 1: Hanoi – Violet Halong Cruise (Lunch, Dinner)

We depart from the Hanoi capital at 8 :30 am for Halong Bay approximately three hours away. En route we have a short stop at the Sao Dao center run for and by handicapped children for short break. Upon arrival at Halong Bay we will be met by captain and cruisers and transferred to Ginger Cruise .Welcome on board of Halong Violet Cruise and set sail through bay while lunch is served. Passage into the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth. Opportunity to visit beautiful limestone grotto, go swimming or sunbathing. Enjoy cocktails while watching sunset and later unwind at Violet restaurant. If weather permits, a short night cruise could bring you a nice discovery of the sea life by night.

08.30-13.00: Pick up by private car at your hotel about 8.30am. Spend 3 hours sight seeing country Vietnam on the way to Halong city. Arrive at Violet Pier just before 12:00 noon.
12.30: Boarding Violet for departure. Welcome drink is served.
13.00 - 14.30: Lunch is served while cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay.
16.00: Trekking or swimming at Soi Sim Island.
17.15: Cruising to visit Hang Doi water tunnel with row boat.
18.30: Docking for overnight.
19.30: Dinner is served. Guests dancing with Violet Cruise staff's interaction. Accommodation and overnight on junk.



Day 2: Violet Halong Cruise - Hanoi (Brunch)

Rising to the tranquil beauty of the bay we have time for a morning Tai Chi exercise with an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay. After breakfast, a short trek to a nearby summit.

06.30: Sunrise Tai chi on sundeck. Coffee or tea is served.
08.00: Visit splendid Sung Sot grotto with a quick glimpse at the nearby fishing village.
09.00: Buffet breakfast while cruising back through Halong Bay to the pier.
10.00: Luggage pulls out. Clear all bills.
11.00: Arrive at the pier. Time to say Goodbye. Transfer back to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi at 4.00pm. The Trip Ends at your hotel or transfer to airport (Upon request!).

Canh Chua Ca is a nice combination of vegetables, fish along with a vegetable or fruit to produce the soup’s sour taste. In the South, tamarind fruit and pineapple are the favored ingredients. The word sour and fish doesn't sound too appetizing together does it? But don't let that hinder you from trying out this delicious soup. Canh Chua Ca is a sour soup produce by fresh vegetables and one key ingredient tamarind. Whole tamarind pulp, pineapple, and tomatoes are used to produce sourness to the soup. Okra, bean sprouts, and a strange stalk called elephant ear (bac ha) is also unique to this recipe. It actually tastes heavenly when the weather is hot. It has the perfect blend of sweet, sour and spice, with more than three types of fresh herbs which really enhance the flavor.
