Question for people who have visited Australia

Hi guys. I'm a Uni student in Melbourne and I'm doing a project on Australian Tourism and what can be done to bring more people to the country and make them spend more money. So my question is did any of you use Tourism Victoria (or any of the other state's tourism sites) to plan your holiday? Also, did you use any of the information booths around the city to find things to do? I need to know how effective the current system is.

There are a lot of booths and information guides and tourists assistance that we have checked out when in Australia. They are very helpful. I'd say they need to promote the beaches and outback more. I mean the wildlife in Australia is almost as good as that of in Africa..

samanthaflax02, Australia is not a city it is a country. Which offer a numerous islands; it is the world sixth country by area. Great Ocean Road, Victoria, Australia's Coast and Great Ocean Road are its attractive places. It is such a nice place to visit. Australia's Coast is one of my favorite places. You can enjoy fishing and chops on the shore. It is an ideal location.
