Theme parks in Paris

Eiffel Tower is a quite a lovely place and I don't know why I want to explore this place even my crazy about this place at a very high rate. I am dying to go there and ready whenever I am free from my visit. Last time went I 've listen about this from my friend here night time selfies are not allowed I become very sad and said that its a wrong decision by government o Paris. I want to know the reason behind this regulation. Anyone have any idea?
