Great / Inexpensive Paris Restaurant

Am going to Paris in August for my husband's birthday and wondered if anyone can recommend a good but decently priced restaurant. Something different, quirky, with good wine... Our hotel is near Pigalle / Montmartre so somewhere around there would be ideal. I haven't been to Paris in years so other museum and recommendations also gratefully received. Thanks! Sara
