Eat abundantly from these whole foods groups: vegetables, fruits, beans, potatoes, and whole grains. Your hunger will be satisfied, and you’ll get the nutrition and fiber you need.
Eat when moderately hungry. At home, you should stop eating when you are full. When traveling, you may want to top off your stomach if you think that healthy choices won’t be available again for a while.
Bring foods with you. Portable snacks include fruit, sandwiches, baked potatoes, whole grain crackers and cereals, instant oatmeal and other dehydrated food (often in a cup – you just add hot water for a quick snack), nuts, and baby carrots.

As long as you can get 3 pieces of fruit a day that would be good and i think fruit is essential part while the travelling. you can buy salads and bread rolls have some healthy snacks with you nuts muesli bars..This site give to you much reliable journey

ameliejones...! you have sahred massive and impressive knowledge about traveling diet. it will be really beneficial for all tourists as well as for me. yes you are right we fruits are very useful for us specially in our travelling most people eat unbearable foods of different places, some of them are good to eat and become a part of our favourite foods but some of them really get harm us. so i always prefer fruits and some snakes which i carry with me. during my journey only prefer to eat food at good places. ameliejones

Light diet needs to be there because while traveling we do not get to make any sort of physical activities so having light food consumes less calories and lets you get it all in a better manner so yeah this is the way how it goes normally.When it comes to my traveling i usually use fort lauderdale to boca raton that stays quite reasonable for me.

Healthy and light diet which has less fats should be taken. When i was on niagara falls boat tour i was provided with a decent diet that worked for me and i could take it goodly.

When i was visited on Panama City Beach, Florida then i can take healthy and light diet. According to my mood, sometime i can take heavy diet.
