Need an advice about my carry on luggage!

Hi, guys! I'm about to start my 6-countries journey and I need some advice!
I read all the travel tips about how to pack my carry-on luggage and what things to take with me. Here is the list of what I packed:

• Passport and travel documents
• Wallet with cash and credit/debit cards
• Travel insurance information
• Medications and prescriptions
• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.) in travel-sized containers
• Travel adapters and chargers for electronics
• Portable power bank
• Noise-canceling headphones or earplugs
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Swimwear
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Small first-aid kit
