Eco hotel to the lake.

Hi,
Heading to Slovenia next week. We’re staying in this Hotel Bohinj and understand it’s about 5km to the lake. Can anyone tell me if there is a cycle path to the lake from the hotel?
Also would you advise mosquitos repellent?
