Just try to plant and grow tobacco in the place where a person lives. They say it's rather helpful.

Decide positively that you want to quit. Try to avoid negative thoughts about how difficult it might be.

List all the reasons you want to quit. Every night before going to bed, repeat one of the reasons 10 times.

Develop strong personal reasons in addition to your health and obligations to others. For example, think of all the time you waste taking cigarette breaks, rushing out to buy a pack, hunting for a light, etc.

Its very hard for the chain smoker to quit this habit so easily,
have to reduce the dose day by day, then after some months he can quit this habit.

I have a friend who quit using hypnotherapy, and is still off them. It’s a very popular method in Ireland.

Since the age of 16, And How old is he/she now? Quitting smoking is one of the things that is really hard to do..It needs conviction to totally quit it..If you lived with it, it will be a big problem to stop it..Maybe you can minimize it but it is really so hard to quit it..

I would just remind them how bad it is for them. Sad thing is, it won't be possible unless they want to change..

You can't convince someone to quit. They need to choose to do it on their own. So, Id suggest something more subtle...like manipulation.

manipulation is not subtle and it might not work.

just reminding them how bad it is won't make a nickel of difference.

Gradually reduce your count of smoking..
abrupt quitting is not the smart way.

The hardest part of quitting is the first 72 hours (sometimes a little less)... temporary symptoms that are real do happen but the key here is they are TEMPORARY. Depression, dizziness, fatigue, nausea and time distortion are all unpleasant but far better of carrying on smoking.

If the person stays absolutely 100% nicotine free for 3 days, these symptoms vanish and thereafter it is just breaking the mental addiction which is really not that hard, just a resolve to choose not to start a filthy chain of nicotine addiction again and all the bad things that come from being a smoker.
