I'm putting up a travel blog soon. I'll be featuring all the great places I visited plus new food discovery and more interesting travel related stories. To be honest, this is just purely about sharing my interests and experiences. However, few of my friends are encouraging me to pursue to this and consider as one of my careers...meaning source of income. Yes, they've been telling me that I could earn with blogging. Sounds interesting but I really don't know how to begin. Should I need to get a consultant or a specialist for this to help me go through with the process?

On one hand, you may or not get a professional for those matters but sometimes specialists can help you with better marketing strategies that could increase your site's visibility on most search engines.
