What is the best country to travel if you have a tight budget?

India is best according this situation. You can get a great enjoy in a little spent money. Here are so many place as Jaipur etc. where you can get a good environment for your vacation.

If you're on a tight budget, then you can search for travel deals that are bound to Bangkok Thailand. There are lots of things to do in Bangkok and you can also find cheap hotel accommodations you prefer.
