Its totally depend on the Airline that which airline tickets are best and time saving if you take good airline ticket i think 5 to 6 hours is enough to cover this distance..

Definitely! It depends upon the mode of transportation. If you are going there by flight than 6 to 7 hours are required. If it is your fist trip there then do not forget to visit Margarita Island. I hope you will enjoy there.
