  • Exotic Food you have tried

During my stay in the Philippines I have tried the "balut". There's a fertilized duck or chicken egg (embryo) inside, boiled and eaten in the shell. Popularly believed to be an aphrodisiac and considered a high-protein hearty snack.
Off the light when eating it the first time.

I've tried the Cuy (guinea pig) here in Peru, which I might add is very nice! For me it was kind of strange as it is a domestic pet in Canada, but it's supposed to be very good for you! Tastes good, looks weird in the plate!

I tried alligator once. Have to admit, wasn't a fan.

I also had wallaby... that was yummy. Too bad wallabies are so cute!

I've had crushed moths in Thailand. Didn't realise what it was when I was eating it and actually quite enjoyed it

Well, I'm not an adventurous eater. I eat sushi sometimes and some seafood .
