    Here is a list of healthy food

    Any fruits- apples, bananas, cherries, oranges, grapples, grapes, mangos, pears, starfruit, passion fruit, guava, pomegranate, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, strawberries, limes, lemons, cantaloup, watermelon,
    Any vegetables-carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, corn, green beans, potatoes, onions, peppers, broccoli, peas, squash, zucchini, sweet potatoes
    Nuts-peanuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds
    Salads
    Fish
    Lean meats- turkey, chicken, beef, ham
    Yogurt
    Dark chocolate(actually very healthy)

    Drinks:
    Orange juice
    Apple juice- make sure juice is real
    Grape juice
    Water- the more you drink, the more you lose (Yes, you can over dose on water if you drink a lot all at once. Your body can't take it.)
    Tea
    Lemonade
    Smoothies(healthy if you make them healthy!)
    Apple cider
    V8
    Salad (fat free dressing)
    Boiled chicken
    Fruits
    Vegetable
    Whole grain breads

    Hi........... Keep our health is require good diet and food.
    List of some healthy food :
    Fruit - Apple, Banana, Orange, Grapes etc.
    Vegetables - cabbage, cucumber, green vegetables like methi, shapu etc., potatoes
    Salad
    Methi Laddu, cocunut laddu
    Beans - Peas, nuts, green peas, Rajma
    Green tea
    coffe
    Dry fruit - badam, Dates
