Now, am going to share the stunning pattaya Boutique Hotel,that is located on the Pratumanak Hill which is the most familiar area of pattaya. The hotel is well maintained rooms and the staff was very cooperative. It is an ideal for sightseeing, relaxing on the beach, sports, shopping, and the live nightlife etc...

I haven't used these places but I know where they are. The Tim Boutique is a practically brand new hotel. It is in a good location close to Pattaya 2nd Road which is a main street. Close to malls and movie theaters, restaurants, bars and street vendors. Short walk to Beach Road.
The Mercure is a little older but not bad. Your choice, if you are okay with the price. My choice would be the Tim Hotel only because it would be a little easier to utilize the cheap 10 baht baht bus transportation on Pattaya 2nd Road.
Keep in mind that hotels in Pattaya that are in the 500-600 baht range will have air, hot water, private toilet, cable TV. Maybe at around 800 baht they will have pools too!
