It depends on your area of interest. If you are into history, culture and slavery with a litle bit about wildlife and fauna, GHANA would be your best option.
If you are into History and civilization, look towards Egypt, Ethiopia.
If you are looking for wildlife and some plants, look towards the East [Kenya and surrounding countries].

Liwonde National Park – This is the closest that Malawi has to a game reserve but a visit is still worth it. The River Shire, it cross the park in the west is the place to spot the elephants, hippos and crocodiles, while the east of the park would reveal sable and roan antelopes, zebras and elands. This is also a good place for bird watching as it has a wide varie Lake Malawi National Park - Lake Malawi contains the largest number of fish species of any lake in the world. Main attraction to this park is the Livingstonia Mission which was built in memory of Dr Livingstone. Nkhata Bay, Chintheche, Nkhotakota and Bay of Kotor are some of nices places to spend the night with great scenic views.

Africa is a massive continent and different all over so its kinda hard to say.
I have heard that Kenya is amazing for the wildlife, although I have never been myself.
I went to The Gambia at the beginning of the year and it was excellent. The people are so friendly and social, there are lots of birds, crocs (they have a croc pool where you can go and touch live crocs!) and there is a nature reserve where there are lots of other animals. The capital city (Banjul) is has a huge market, very busy but lots of bargains if you can barter!
Hope you find your perfect holiday and have a great time!

Sharm El Sheikh is known as the world’s leading diving detsination. It a favourite spot for Scuba divers thanks to its geographical location (Being situated near to the Red Sea and on the Southern tip of the Sinai peninsula) Visitors to Sharm El Seikh can experience a variety of water sports and activities such as diving, snorkeling, wind surfing, para-sailing, boating, and canoeing.

I have to be biased and say Namibia, great wildlife, big open clean skies, friendly people, great cultures, The world;'s 2nd largest canyon after the grand canyon, the world';s largest meteorite, the world's highest sandunes, the world's oldest desert, with the worlds oldest living plant....... things to see and do here. ..... fishing, hot air balloon across the desert, the Etosha national park, hiking, ghost towns from the german diamond colonial era.....
But yes, africa is to big and to diverse to say which one place...

Sharm, there is just about every activity a vacationer could hope to find, and it is no wonder that the resort area is so popular. Name a water sport and it can almost certainly be found here, but A shopping mall at Sharm el-Sheikh there is also every other activity from four wheeling to go cart tracts, from horse riding to championship golf. One may bowl, bungee jump or, believe it or not, even ice skate. Furthermore, there are any number of activities for children, as well as adults, because Sharm is very much family oriented. Then in the evening, Sharm takes on almost a Las Vegas flavor with, all along the boardwalk between the hotels and the sea, various types and styles of floorshows (animations), bands, both Arabic and Western, and other entertainment.

Wow! such a tough question... what is the best Place?
My favorites are Namibia and Zanzibar because of the incredible atmospheres, relaxed and friendly, so you feel like you're traveling back in time
