Hong Kong 3 nights suggested itinerary?

Hi all,

I'm going to Macau for 1 night then onto Hong Kong for 3 nights.
It's my first trip to Hong Kong and Macau.
Can anyone suggest an itinerary please? I would like to take in all the most important sites, try dim sum and visit electronic / clothes markets.
Where is the best area to stay in Hong Kong ? Want to be handy for travelling around so can see as much as possible. My budget is around 450 to 500HKD a night.
Anyone suggest any hotels to stay?

Day 2: Tsim Sha Tsui & Kowloon
Day 3: Central & Wan Chai

day 1- arrive Hong Kong international airport take ferry to reach Macau. check into your hotel. Macau refers the Las Vegas of the east. have a look at Portuguese Colony. and some photo stops. Evening into leisure.

day 2- travle to Hong Kong. check into hotel.
-visit Victoria Peak, giant Buddha

day 3-Disneyland Theme Park

day 4-The Ocean Park

day 5-Hong Kong skyline and shopping point
