Holi festival is the second major festival to Diwalin in India; people often express the best wishes to each other by besmearing a variety of paint to others. However, in the State Brage which about 100 kilometers away from the capital New Delhi, women can hit men enjoy this festival, this is contrary to the traditional custom that “think women are inferior to men”, it attract many visitors come to here.
