What's the most famous attraction in Hong Kong?

I am preparing an itinerary for traveling in Hong Kong as my brother will be there in Dec 2014.
And he asked me about the tourist attractions there, plus where he can get good continental restaurants.

Hong Kong is a great place for visit. It is known for its well known destinations that grab attentions of tourist each year. Hong Kong has many attractions which are able for explorer and able for visiting point of view. I have been visited twice in my life Hong Kong. One time alone and 2nd time with my college fellows. I always miss my college fellow tour of Hong Kong. We have seen its many attractions like Tian Tan Buddha, Victoria Peak, Hong Kong Disneyland, Lamma Island and Hong Kong Wetland Park.
