I intend to go Shanghai, May i ask what are the famous must-eat food in Shanghai?

Every countries has own traditional dishes and yes I like the Chinese dishes especially Shanghai. Well the most favorite dishes of Shanghai and my favorite as well are Fried Mandarin Fish, Braised Chicken, Cheese Baked Prawn and Camel Hoof Paste.
