What are some good islands to visit in Thailand (Andaman Coast) in November?

I am trying to avoid huge touristy places like Phuket, but not necessarily trying to go too remote either. I'd like some cool scenery, beaches that are not too crowded, and a decent variety of food is a must. Thanks

Koh Tachai one small of Similan Islands , there is a new island in the Andaman coast the best for snorkeling and scuba diving also white sand and clear water.
Koh Tachai only run for a day-trip, no accommodation around there, that why this place it's worth to go (for diver).

In terms of weather, you'll be better offer on the islands of Koh Lanta, Koh Yao, Koh Phi Phi and Phuket. I would avoid the islands of Koh Tao, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan as traditionally weather wise it's not that good.
