Sapa trekking tour homstay.
Hanoi Open Tourism would like to offer visitors a trekking tour homestay overnight in the village of ethnic groups. The trip last for 3nights-2days.
Itinerary:
The Night Before:
Transfer from your hotel to the Hanoi Train Station for boarding at 9:30 pm. You will be in shared A/C sleeper cabins of 4 (6) to travel North to Lao Cai town.
Day 1: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (B, L, D)
The train arrives in Lao Cai at about 6:30 am where your guide will welcome you. Then take a morning drive through the clouds by car / van to Sapa (about 1.5 hours). Breakfast then start the tour with 12 km of trekking, visit Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. after lunch at a local family in Lao Chai or in a drinking shop nearby the river bank, we keep on hiking to Ta Van village of the Dzay where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom. Home stay at the Dzay local house.
Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan - Sapa (B, L)
14 km walking to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong (Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan). Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge. Enjoy landscapes… through bamboo forest on the way to the main road to get the jeep to return to Sapa. Bus to Lao Cai Station to get night train back to Hanoi.
Day 3: Arrive Hanoi
Tour end at Hanoi train station about 5h00 am.
