Hawaii or Australia is something I can suggest, since you're looking for warm weather. They are both excellent destinations. If you wish, Asia is also a nice continent.

You may like Montego Bay.

What I liked about it was it is not a far car ride from the airport (5-10 minutes).

There are some family friendly resorts there.

According to my point of view Hawaii beaches are the best for visit. Where visitors can have great fun there and enjoy there a lot. I am going to share the names of some most fabulous beaches of Hawaii such as Lanikai Beach, Hanalei Bay Beach, Kaanapali - Black Rock Beach, Hanauma Bay and Kapalua Bay Beach.
