Why not put Croatia also as destination on top?

But I cannot understand why is there no Croatia at the top of the list since we are the tourist jewel of Europe

Well, dear Croatia is also the tourist hot destination because I personally visit there couple of times and have good places which I liked it very much. I must refer to my friends and relatives to must visit there.
