How can I get from FCO to Civitavecchia? I cannot manage the train?

If you cannot use the train, your best bet is to arrange a private transport.
There is a limited bus service, but it runs on a VERY limited basis and it's too late to book them now. You DO NOT want to take a taxi as the fees will be quite expensive.
So search for "shuttle service" and you'll see many options. To defer costs, you might go to a site like cruise critic and talk with other folks on your cruise and see if they are arriving at FCO the same time and you can share a ride (and reduce your costs). Otherwise, these trips usually start at 90 euro and up...
