The major attractions are the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Stonehenge, Westminster Abbey, Globe Theater, Imperial War Museum ,etc, etc, etc.... The list is really endless.

If you are a Sherlock Holmes fan, there's a Sherlock Holmes museum on Baker Street. A beatles fan check out Abbey Road. If you've seen/read the Da Vinci code then Temple Church is always worth a visit. After the Harry Potter books' release, Kings Cross put up a plaque that says "Platform 9 3/4".

The main attractions (like Westminster, St. Paul's) are always worth a visit. But to me, the best part about London is finding the less known attractions = )

Outside of London and the country is awash with UK museums from small private collections to large urban museums like the Manchester Museum with its collections of Egyptology, animal and plant life, and rocks and minerals

One of my favorite tourist spots destination in London is the National Maritime Museum because it's really beautiful and also in Philippines we have a lots of wonderful tourist spots philippines, if you have a summer vacation you can visit the Boracay beach and Puerto Azul and enjoyed the white sand beach with your family and friends

London is the largest city in Europe so it's brimming with attractions. I Think The Tower of London, National Maritime Museum, Madame Tussauds, Victoria & Albert Museum, and The London Eye are the famous attraction sites of the London.
