Good stops/Driving from New Jersey to Florida.

We would like to find 2-3 pleasant stops on our drive from NJ to /from Naples, Florida in February and April. We were thinking of Gasparilla Island, St. Augustine in Florida, but what about the other states? we plan to take 3-4 days to make this trip.
