I think you should go to USA at Washington DC. Because i went there on new year eve 2013... amazing experience.

USA offers a lot of most beautiful and gorgeous places to enjoy New Year Eve but In my point of view New York is a best place to enjoy this event. I also visited there more than four time and have huge fun there with my friends and family members. I think you should go there once in your life. I hope you will enjoy there a lot.
