Why do people want to take vacations?

Im writing an essay for travel and tourism..and the first paragraph I have to dicuss about why people want to take vacations.
For the first point I have "relaxation from their stressed out lives."
what other 2 points can I put so I can dicuss about it?

Why do people want to take vacations?

There can be so many reasons behind why do people want to take vacations like as stated below:

To rejuvenate themselves
To take a break from their boring daily schedule
For adventure lovers as there are so many potential spots
People get attracted towards natural wonders and breathtaking sites
Beaches are best for relaxation and enjoy water activities so people get attracted towards them.
There are so many spots with fascinating architecture, monuments and museums

There are several valid reasons why people need to take vacations. It is known that vacations can promote creativity, stave off burnout, it can make us healthy, promote overall well-being and it can also relieve stress.

Peoples always wants some changes in their life. So travel is the best way to get some change in daily schedule. There are various reasons why every individual need vacations. Tourism in vacation always relieves stress. Beaches are the best places to get relax.
