on way from Goreme & Ankara

Dear VT ians,

We are visiting Cappadocia region for our wedding anniversary. On our way back, we are thinking of leaving Goreme 1 night before the flight date, instead of 4 hrs long journey on the same day. Is there any good tourist spot (even offbeat) for a night stay on the way from Goreme and Ankara.

Also will the airport shuttle bus be operating 24 hrs ? Our flight reaches really at odd time 2 am!!!

So 'sorry, I have't ever been to t on this place so I can't show you the place to stay overnigh on the way from Goreme and Ankara.

Sorry i don't know much about the region between Ankara and Goreme... But i know something about it... It's this warning...
