  • What are the tips to consider while travelling

    A few minutes of work out will keep you energetic while you are travelling. It is obvious that you cannot hit the gym when you are on the move; hence here are few tips to stay physically fit while on the move.
    • At least work out for 20 minutes in a day at the hotel gym
    • Do laps for few minutes in the hotel swimming pool
    • Take a brisk walk in the neighborhood of the hotel
    • If there is no gym facility available in the hotel then do walking lunges on the way to your room
    • You can also do triceps dips using the chair or bed in the hotel room
    • You can also do crunches and hip lifts by putting your feet on the bed
    • These few moves are great way to burn some calories while you are away from home.
