From there, the creator heads through the Jomtien swamp area, revisiting a spot last filmed back in January. What was once a garbage dump has now become the site of a new condo development called Impressions Pattaya.

A new sales center has been built, complete with gardens, cobblestone-style paving, and parking (possibly for tour buses). The actual condo construction hasn’t started yet—just land clearing and fencing—but it’s expected to follow the local “low-density” style: multiple mid-rise buildings with pools and water features, similar to the nearby Laguna Maldives complex.

The downside is that since the old dump site is now under development, garbage is being dumped in a new nearby location, with piles already forming.

The video wraps up with the creator heading back to Central Pattaya, mentioning he’ll be checking into a Sawasdee property hotel on Soi Honey for under 300 baht, right near Retox Game On, which is known for its Friday fish & chips special.
