    we can make easy and healthy recipes in travel,because we have less time to do so. here i want to share recipes for travel which make easily.

    SALMON PATTIES
    (Serves 2)
    1 can of salmon
    1 Egg
    1 small handful of bread crumbs
    Whole wheat hamburger buns (optional as well)

    Open the can of salmon, remove any excess bones or skin, mash in a bowl
    In seperate bowl, whisk egg and bread crumbs together
    Form the salmon into 4 patties with your hands, then bread with egg and bread crumb
    Place in frying pan until just golden on both sides (3-4 mins each side)

    Serve in a hamburger bun or over salad with any mixed veggies.


    Strawberry Banana Supreme Smoothie

    Ingredients

    1 cup strawberry nectar or apple juice
    1 cup milk
    1 frozen banana
    1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
    1 cup strawberry yogurt
    Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at MIX setting for 30 seconds then blend at SMOOTH setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the stir stick around counter-clockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately. Each recipe serves 3-5


    My favourite is ripe mango blended with freshly squeezed or juiced clementines, but you could use orange juice to be lazy. Just chuck the mango, juice and some ice into a smoothie maker.

        Alizey ! Nice sharing my friend In these days I am planning my chinatown bus tours with my friend. I am little confused about the dinning but your shared information will be helpful for my visit. I will definitely used your suggested recipes during my travel. Now, I can easily plan my visit there. After my come back I will share my experience here.

          Nice Post !!! its important to know travel recipes because its healthy for during travel but i remeber last vacation on Montgomery.Here luxury hotel and restaurants which are offered best deal on delicious food and dishes.

            I remembered after a few years ago. I traveled in a bus and I felt hungry, I was having a bread and some boiled eggs. Then I made some egg sandwiches and I felt good after eating them. The most important thing is this kind of sandwiches or whatever you made are healthy for us. I appreciate you to share this kind of knowledge.

              While being on a travel or journey taking care of all the things that comes around is necessary.Food that you take should always be something which is the need. So yeah what you have said works big time in a good manner.
              When it comes to my traveling i usually use fort lauderdale to boca raton that stays quite reasonable for me.

                While traveling healthy food should be taken because journey is all about sitting in a vehicle. When your on a healthy tour or something then surely going for this sort of thing helps big time.For me thousand islands cruises is the perfect thing for the majors and also sticking to a lot has something which keeps giving me a way out and it helps me to the fullest.
